The property was clean and spacious, which was ideal for our group. The keys were easily accessible via the key safe and there was ample parking available on the driveway. The internet access was a plus, and we appreciated the fact that the bedding and towels were freshly laundered.
There were a few negatives that affected our overall experience. the location was not ideal as it was situated in the middle of a housing estate and backed onto an industrial unit, which was quite off-putting.

Spacious house with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The décor was clean and simple, and the towels provided were great. The house was conveniently located near everything we wanted to visit, and parking was easy on the drive.
There were a few issues that could be improved upon. The TV in the front room didn't work, so we had to sit in uncomfortable dining room chairs for the evening.

my second stay in king's lynn was amazing thanks to the spacious, clean, and comfortable mariners house villa. the double glazing kept the noise out, fans saved us from the heat, and the beautiful bathroom was a treat. perfect for work and relaxation in norfolk!
No kitchen/toilet paper on arrival.

The house was well priced and very clean. I really appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and tumble dryer provided. The beds were super comfy, including the jaybed, and made sleeping lovely and restful. The kitchen was lovely, and the shower was amazing. the house was fully equipped and we were super impressed.
The area was very built up for our preference, but it was generally quiet at night. The layout of the house was not ideal, with no easy chairs to relax in and the TV in the front room couldn't get terrestrial TV.

We had a comfortable stay during our Christmas holiday. The upstairs bedrooms provided us with plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen facilities were well-stocked, with tea, coffee, and spices available for use. The small garden was a bonus, especially for our dog, and the off-road parking was convenient. The location was quiet and served as a good base for exploring the local attractions.
The key cupboard was situated above overflowing and smelly bins. The WiFi code was not provided and we had difficulty connecting to the internet.
